Over the August Bank Holiday weekend our Response Officers were informed of a Fire Alarm at one of our protected sites. This was in the early hours of the Monday morning. When they arrived at scene their investigations discovered that there was a fire in the roof space and Merseyside Fire and Rescue were immediately informed.

They arrived promptly at scene and extinguised the fire and spent considerable time ensuring it had not spread.

Atlas Patrol stayed at scene and co-ordinated the response to the incident.

The building is a relatively new build and Atlas Fire and Security only recently fitted a signalling fire alarm into the building, showing the worth of a professionally installed and monitored signalled system with a guard response.
