The Heswall ICE Christmas Festival is a 4 day event spanning across the entire town of Heswall. On site were creative workshops, Santa was there in his grotto, Christmas lights were turned on by the Mayor, and visitors could take part in all sorts of other festivities including the ICE Factor a talent show. The festival took place from 1st Dec to 4th Dec.

We were honoured to be asked to provide event security and event management for the Festival over this very busy period. We had our SIA licensed staff on site from Weds 30th November right through until the morning of 5th December 2016. Vistors came in their thousands and we dealt with issues of security, first aid, traffic and parking, and helped wherever we could, ensuring the event was successful and safe.

We also took the opportunity to be a main sponsor of the event as we believed it would be a great opportunity to bring people to Heswall to showcase the area and what it has to offer

This was certainly appreciated by Heswall Ice organisers who said “Without our sponsors the Heswall ICE Christmas Festival wouldn’t even be going ahead. Both businesses and members of the local community have pledged and we can’t thank everybody who has donated enough for their contribution. Both big and little contributions help us to put on a magical Christmas!”

It was truely amazing to take part and we can’t wait for next year!!
